About Jason
Jason Buccat enjoyed a distinguished litigation career with expertise in employment and criminal law. He also practiced in the areas of personal injury, family law, and civil rights. Jason delivered excellent results while fiercely advocating for all his clients. He brings that same passion and desire for success to all his mediations.

Jason’s areas of expertise include FEHA discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; wrongful termination; whistleblower actions, wage-and-hour disputes, and PAGA representative actions. In addition to private mediation, Jason also serves as mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court Mediation Volunteer Program and as a settlement officer with Resolve Law Los Angeles.

Jason has had the privilege of serving the community by representing at-risk youth and their families. He has served as a Congressional extern in United States Senate, and as a Judicial Extern in the California State Courts.
